What skin types are BODHI products suitable for?

Our products work wonderful with all skin types whether mature or young, oily or dry. BODHI likes to focus on creating products that bring youth to all.

Are BODHI products safe to use during pregnancy?

Our products are natural and formulated with clean ingredients. We provide our full ingredient listings on our site, and recommend that you review them to determine if our line works with your pregnancy plan.

When is the next product launch?

We will be coming out with new products soon. Subscribe to our email list in the footer of our website to be the first to know!

Do you test on animals?

Never. Our line is 100% cruelty free. We love our animal friends and will never test products on them.

What is the shelf life of BODHI products?

All of our products have a 2-year shelf life from production and a 12-month shelf life once the product is opened.

What temperature should BODHI products be stored?

Products perform best when stored at room temperature, and out of direct sunlight. It is best to ensure that the room does not exceed 80 degrees or drop below 40 degrees.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order by logging on to your Account page. In addition, you will receive email notifications when you order has been confirmed, shipped, and delivered.

Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?

Only one promo code is permitted per order.

How do I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order, please email support@bodhibeverlyhills.com with your order information.

BODHI currently ships to the US and outlying islands as well as international.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

We offer Free Standard Ground Shipping on orders $50 (before tax) or more (unless promoted specially with the same or lower total order amount), and the following shipping options for all orders:

Returns + Exchanges


What is your return policy?

All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. Email at support@bodhibeverlyhills.com and add Return & Exchange with your Order # and we will be more than happy to help you.

How will I be refunded?

You will be refunded to your original form of payment.

How long does it take to process a return?

Refunds usually take 3-5 business days to show up on your statement.
